BRIAN FOLEY

Co-founder & CEO Brian Foley has over 24 years experience in the custom home building industry.  Graduating from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, he holds a Bachelor of Science in both Finance & Accounting.  Brian has managed numerous high-end, custom home renovations in the Washington DC metro area.  His industry knowledge, background and exceptional client relations allow him to effectively communicate the build process with clients down to every final detail. 

Born and raised in Maryland, Brian is an Anne Arundel County native.  A local Archbishop Spalding High School alumni, Brian returned to the area upon college graduation where he began his journey in the building industry.  An avid lover of the outdoors, he enjoys all of the offerings of downtown Annapolis and the Chesapeake Bay in the summer time.


CYRILLE FONTAINE

Co-founder & COO Cyrille Fontaine has worked in the building industry for over 23 years, with his experience ranging to all facets of the field. Humble beginnings of starting from the ground up; his passion, creativity, and keen eye for quality, quickly guided him through the ranks. Having worked in various places of the world, Cyrille has built everything from custom ski chalets in the Appalachian Mountains to luxury eco-resorts in the Virgin Islands.  Over the last 13 years, Cyrille honed his skills in the high-end custom renovation and restoration market of the Washington DC metropolitan area. He prides himself on completing each project with dedicated craftsmanship and lasting client relations.

Cyrille was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, but was raised between Northern Virginia and Deep Creek Lake Maryland. He is a first-generation Franco-American with a love for all types of food. An automobile enthusiast, Cyrille enjoys putting his skills to the test while building high performance cars and partaking in grassroots motor sports events.


CHUCK RIDER

Chuck began his career in construction 35 years ago. Starting out as a carpenter, he eventually became a foreman and project superintendent before finding his forever position as an estimator. As an estimator and sales manager, Chuck has worked exclusively in the high-end residential construction market for over a decade and enjoys the challenges of developing projects with various DC area architectural design firms.

Chuck is an Eastern Shore boy that enjoys the water and the woods, in addition to writing and playing music.

 

 

MIKE NASTASI

Mike Nastasi, VP of Business & Project Development, brings over 30 years of construction expertise to the team, specializing in ultra-custom new construction and large-scale residential renovations in the Washington, D.C. area.  His commitment to refining project scope, details, and budgets ensures clients experience efficient and stress-free projects, from concept to completion.  Mike's enthusiasm and passion for his work are infectious, keeping clients engaged and energized throughout the process.  Mike also plays a pivotal role in nurturing relationships with top architectural and design firms, as well as regional trade partners, contributing significantly to Fine Point's distinguished reputation in the industry.

Originally from New Jersey, Mike settled in Maryland in 1993 after serving in the U.S. Army.  Beyond his professional commitments, you’ll most likely find Mike on a golf course, spending quality time with his wife and 2 daughters, and doting over his French bulldog, Izzie.

 

 

LINDSAY I. FOLEY

Lindsay serves as our Office Manager. Coming from a design background, Lindsay studied interior architecture earning a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.  Prior to joining Fine Point, Lindsay was a senior designer at Model Home Interiors, where she designed homes for award winning national home builders throughout the East coast and mid-West region.   Lindsay’s design knowledge, high level of organization and eye for detail, makes her a vital part of the Fine Point Team.  She is a key liaison between designers and architects and strives to make the process go as smoothly as possible.

Born and raised in Montgomery County, Lindsay is a native Marylander.  She has a passion for photography and loves black and white portraits. She has an appreciation for mid-century modern design and one of her favorite houses is the Stahl House located in Los Angeles. One of her claims to fame; she had a small role in the Chris Rock movie, Head of State.
